The University of Hyderabad (UoH), also known as Hyderabad Central University (HCU), is one of India's leading public research universities. Established in 1974 by an Act of Parliament, the university is known for its high academic standards, research excellence, and diverse academic programs.

Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech & B.Sc)

Admission is based on JEE Main and CUET-UG scores, with one of the lowest fee structures among India's central universities.

Scholarships & Financial Assistance

The university's own scholarship provides ₹1,000 per month to eligible students, while the Telangana government supports SC/ST/OBC students with ₹750 per month toward mess fees. National fellowships like UGC JRF/SRF and INSPIRE are also available for research scholars.
